Supply Chain & Operational Excellence Leader

Grant joined the team full-time in 2024 as Supply Chain & Operational Excellence Leader to drive the overall Barry-Wehmiller focus on Operational Excellence and continuous improvement within the Forsyth portfolio companies. Grant’s focus is on leading supply chain savings initiatives across portfolio companies, key metric tracking, and integration activities.

Prior to working at Forsyth, Grant served as a captain in the U.S. Army for five years after commissioning as an Artillery Officer out of West Point. During his time in the Army, Grant led strategic development and process improvement initiatives for Army Air Assault operations, coordinated artillery activity for light-infantry battalions, and served as Chief of Staff for a brigade of 5,000 soldiers.

Grant’s hobbies include spending quality time with his wife and son, fitness and health advancement, reading, and supporting the Minnesota Vikings.
