Tim started working with the Forsyth team in 2023. He brings over 30 years of experience in talent management and organizational development. Known for his strategic approach to human resources, Tim has successfully implemented innovative programs that enhance employee engagement and drive company culture & performance.

Tim has served in various HR leadership roles at companies including Kraft Foods, Post Foods, and Eaton. Directly prior to his time at Forsyth, Tim worked with Barry-Wehmiller and Baldwin. He holds a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources and Labor Relations.

Outside of his professional achievements, Tim is a devoted family man who cherishes spending quality time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Josh and Nicole. In his free time, Tim enjoys camping, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and dogs, always striving to ignite passion in others both at work and at home.
