    Drew joined the team in 2016 as a Vice President with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions and supporting our operating companies’ senior leadership teams on key strategic initiatives.

    Previously, Mr. Frailey worked at CCMP Capital (formally J.P. Morgan Partners), a New York City-based private equity fund with over $16 billion invested in buyout and growth equity transactions since 1984. At CCMP, Mr. Frailey evaluated and executed transactions in the consumer/retail, healthcare, industrials, and energy industries. Prior to CCMP, Mr. Frailey worked at Graham Partners, a Philadelphia-based private equity fund with over $2 billion invested in industrial technology businesses.

    Outside of the office, Drew enjoys photography and traveling with his wife, Alicia. Drew currently serves as a judge for Arch Grants, a non-profit organization providing grants to entrepreneurs who locate their businesses in St. Louis.
