Paul Cichon
Vice President
Paul joined the team in 2016 with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions and supporting our operating companies’ senior leadership teams on key strategic initiatives. During his time at BW Forsyth Partners, Paul has worked with each of our operating platforms on a variety of initiatives. Currently, Paul primarily works with the Cor Partners team, where he collaborates with senior leadership to formulate strategic priorities and execute a robust organic and M&A growth strategy.
Outside of the office, Paul spends his time with his loving wife, Annie, and his kids, Luke and Jack. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing and fly fishing.
